Agomab FY26 H1 net loss widens to €30.97 million

Cash and cash investments totaled EUR 252 million at June 30, supported by about USD 208 million in gross IPO proceeds. The company said its runway is expected into the first half of 2029.
Clinical program updates
FDA alignment was reached on key NOV-ERA Phase 2b design elements for ontunisertib in fibrostenosing Crohn’s disease, including a primary endpoint of endoscopic passability at Week 24.
Topline data from the STENOVA open-label extension for ontunisertib and the Phase 1b IPF cohort for AGMB-447 are expected in coming months, with Phase 2 starts targeted in H2 2026.
H1 loss widens on higher G&A costs
Agomab posted a net loss of EUR 31 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, widening from EUR 26.9 million a year earlier.
R&D expense edged up to EUR 23 million from EUR 22 million, while G&A costs more than doubled to , due mainly to one-off IPO expenses.
