- Hancock will transition to senior adviser, reporting to CEO Eric Andersen.
- He joined AIG in 2020 as CEO of International Insurance, then became CEO of General Insurance in 2025.
- Before AIG, Hancock was Lloyd’s of London director of performance management from 2016 to 2020.
- Earlier, he spent 26 years at RSA in senior leadership roles.
