AIM ImmunoTech says Phase 2 DURIPANC pancreatic cancer trial advances toward Q1 2027 topline data
AIM•AIM ImmunoTech said final Ampligen dosing is complete in its Phase 2 DURIPANC trial, which tests Ampligen with AstraZeneca’s Imfinzi in metastatic pancreatic cancer. Topline results are expected in the first quarter of 2027.

AIM ImmunoTech said interim updates pointed to immune activation signals, and treatment has been well-tolerated, with patients reporting high quality of life. The company said DURIPANC results, including exploratory biomarkers, will help inform the design of a planned pivotal trial. Separate Netherlands named-patient program data in post-FOLFIRINOX maintenance suggested encouraging survival, safety and quality-of-life outcomes.
