Aimei Health Technology issued Aimei Investment a $34,330.96 unsecured, non-interest-bearing note to fund a trust deposit, extending its business-combination deadline to Nov. 6, 2026.

1. Note terms

The note’s principal is due when Aimei Health closes its business combination with United Hydrogen. Before the deal closes, Aimei Investment can convert the note into private units at $10 per unit.
