Air Canada now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of C$2.4 billion to C$2.7 billion, down from its previous forecast of C$2.9 billion to C$3.2 billion. The airline said a sharp rise in jet fuel costs is squeezing margins and outpacing its ability to offset the impact through fare hikes.
