Kennedy International Airport from June 1 through October 25, 2026, and halt Toronto Pearson–Salt Lake City flights from June 30 for at least six months as jet fuel prices have doubled to $3.79 per gallon. The cuts represent about 1% of annual flying capacity, with affected passengers to be rerouted via nearby Newark and LaGuardia hubs.
