Air Products won a long-term agreement via Air Products San Fu to supply gases for a semiconductor manufacturer’s expansion in Taiwan.
The project covers multiple new fabs and back-end packaging sites, and includes four air separation units, bulk gas systems, and new underground pipelines tied to its existing network.
The scope includes nitrogen, oxygen, argon and helium, and is aimed at boosting supply reliability for AI and high-performance computing-driven demand.
