JETS•AirAsia expands Europe connectivity through Pegasus codeshare
AirAsia entered its first-ever codeshare partnership with Türkiye low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines to expand Asia-Europe connectivity via Istanbul.
The tie-up targets access to more than 100 additional routes over time, initially covering five European destinations through Pegasus’ Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen hub.
AirAsia will raise Kuala Lumpur–Istanbul frequency to daily by February 2027, supporting higher connecting traffic and network reach.
The codeshare enables single-booking itineraries with through-checked baggage, aiming to strengthen Kuala Lumpur’s role as a transit gateway.
