Airbnb gains after KeyBanc upgrade, calls it 'AI beneficiary'
ABNB•Airbnb shares gained 2% in premarket trading after KeyBanc Capital Markets raised its rating to overweight from sector weight and set a $191 price target. KeyBanc called Airbnb an “AI beneficiary” and said its business is defensible against AI disruption.

KeyBanc said Airbnb is entering a period of more durable growth, supported by accelerating core trends, hotels emerging as a meaningful growth driver and continued margin expansion. Twenty-seven of 45 brokerages rate the stock buy or higher, 17 rate it hold and one rates it sell; their median price target is $189.86.
