Airbus expands Cádiz plant by 4,000 m² as it consolidates operations at El Puerto de Santa María
Airbus completed a consolidation project at its El Puerto de Santa María plant, adding 4,000 m² of industrial space. The site employs 750 people and now houses production lines for the A320, A330 and A350.
1. Plant consolidation completed
Airbus inaugurated its renovated plant in El Puerto de Santa María, completing a consolidation project in Cádiz. The company added 4,000 m² of industrial space, built new on-site facilities and converted some industrial areas to offices. Production lines for the A320, A330 and A350 were relocated to the site, with higher automation to support planned output increases. Airbus also acquired an additional plot for logistics and integrated staff from Puerto Real with the El Puerto de Santa María team, keeping industrial employment intact; the site employs 750 people.
