Airbus established Alpha Component Solutions, a 50-50 joint venture with Air France, on October 28, 2026. The jointly operated venture with Air France-KLM will manage a global shared-access component pool, providing maintenance, supply chain management and repairs. It already has contracts supporting more than 500 aircraft worldwide.
