AiRWA will execute a 1-for-20 reverse stock split at the open on Aug. 17, 2026.
Outstanding common shares are expected to fall to about 4,581,378 from about 91,627,558.
The Nasdaq ticker YYAI will remain unchanged; post-split shares will trade under a new CUSIP 831445705.
The company said its authorized share count, par value, rights and preferences will remain unchanged, while equity awards, warrants and plan shares will be adjusted proportionately.
