Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions’ RAD unit received an order for five ROAMEO autonomous security patrol vehicles for South Africa mining sites.
Order terms call for USD 9,000 per month per unit over 36 months; expected recurring monthly revenue is about USD 45,000.
Aggregate contract value would be USD 1.62 million if all units deploy and perform for the initial term.
Definitive contracts have not been executed; the order remains subject to contracting, deployment and customer acceptance.
Deployment is expected to begin in calendar 2027, subject to manufacturing, logistics, site preparation and commissioning.
