AIxCrypto Signs LOI with Faraday Future for DePIN Robotics Integration
AIxCrypto signed a non-binding letter of intent with Faraday Future’s EAI-Robotics to integrate user-owned robotics as physical DePIN gateways into its Web3 ecosystem. It will leverage the EAI Brain open platform for on-chain execution and tap Faraday Future’s Decentralized Data Factory for multimodal real-world data.
1. Partnership Letter of Intent
AIxCrypto entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Faraday Future’s EAI-Robotics unit to evaluate collaboration opportunities in the Web3 space, aiming to mutually support robotic deployments and blockchain integration.
2. Robotics DePIN Integration
Under the agreement, user-owned robots will function as physical-world gateways and decentralized physical infrastructure network endpoints, directly contributing real-world activity and value to AIxCrypto’s blockchain ecosystem.
3. Data and Platform Strategy
The company plans to utilize the EAI Brain open-source platform for enhanced on-chain execution and data availability, while accessing multimodal behavioral data from Faraday Future’s Decentralized Data Factory to enrich its AI-blockchain infrastructure.
