- Akanda’s wholly owned First Towers & Fiber completed installation of a 200 km fiber network in Mexico, targeting higher recurring lease revenue.
- The first 100 km has been accepted by a network provider and is now in billing; initial lease cash flow is expected in August/September 2026.
- The remaining 100 km is scheduled for client acceptance by December 2026; full network run-rate cash flow is projected from January 2027.
- First Towers & Fiber operates 28 cellular tower sites, leasing passive infrastructure to multiple network providers.
- The fiber build extends coverage into Guanajuato, focusing on the Irapuato-Silao industrial corridor.
