Akari Therapeutics entered a strategic research collaboration with WhiteHawk Therapeutics to evaluate a dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate strategy.

The work combines Akari’s PH1 spliceosome-modulating payload with WhiteHawk’s TOP1 inhibitor ADC platform to test complementary mechanisms.

Akari reiterates plan for lead TROP2-targeting ADC

Akari also reiterated plans to advance its lead TROP2-targeting ADC, AKTX-101, toward a Phase 1 clinical trial.
