Akari Therapeutics holds special general meeting
AKTX•Akari Therapeutics shareholders approved an increase to the 2023 Plan share pool at an October 28, 2026 special general meeting. The pool rises from 19.806 billion to 163.806 billion ordinary shares, equivalent to an increase from 247,575 to 2,047,575 ADSs.
1. Share pool expansion
Shareholders approved adding 144 billion ordinary shares, equivalent to 1.8 million American Depositary Shares, to the 2023 Plan share pool. Up to 855,637,300 additional ordinary shares may become available if awards under the 2014 Plan are forfeited, canceled or expire unexercised.
