AkzoNobel announces extraordinary general meeting
AXTA•AkzoNobel will hold an extraordinary general meeting on November 30, 2026, for votes on proposals tied to its planned all-share merger of equals with Axalta.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will vote on amending the combined company’s articles to reflect its proposed name, Axanzo, and on appointing Denise Johnson, Stephan Tanda and Robert Schuchna as non-executive directors following completion of the merger.
