Alamo Group decided on Sept. 29 to cease production of its Dixie Chopper-branded products as part of a product portfolio review. The company expects $15 million to $20 million in charges in the third quarter of 2026, with estimated cash expenditures of $1 million to $4 million for inventory returns, purchase commitments and related costs. The charge estimate depends on assumptions including inventory net realizable value and equipment returns; additional charges remain possible.
