Additional Israeli court motion seeks company document inspection

Alarum was served Aug. 10 with an additional Israeli court motion seeking discovery of company documents under Section 198A.
NetNut, a subsidiary, was added as a respondent in the new Tel Aviv District Court filing.
Hearing on the additional discovery motion set for Dec. 14, 2026.
The company also learned of a U.S. class action filed Aug. 5 in New Jersey mirroring an Israeli class action motion.
Alarum plans to contest both matters.
