Alaska Air Group completed the transition of Hawaiian Airlines onto the Sabre passenger service system used by Alaska, unifying reservation and check-in technology to streamline booking, boarding and performance across both brands.

The new Alaska Hawaiian mobile app allows guests to select an airline theme, manage bookings across both carriers with one record locator, and access self-service features such as same-day flight changes, Apple Pay, lap child additions and boarding pass sharing.
3. Operational Consolidation
All flights now operate under the AS code assigned by IATA, with joint airport lobbies in nine major hubs and updated signage, mobile-only check-in and self-service bag tag kiosks enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
