Alaska Airlines names Amaresh Siva chief information technology officer
ALK•Alaska Airlines named Amaresh Siva chief information technology officer, effective November 2026, in a newly created role. He will report to CEO Ben Minicucci and lead enterprise technology strategy.
1. New technology role
Siva will join Alaska Airlines’ Executive Committee and oversee enterprise technology strategy, including digital capabilities and data and AI platforms. He most recently served as CVS Health’s chief digital and technology officer for Health Care Delivery, and has 29 years of technology experience, including senior roles at Target and nearly a decade at GE Capital.
