The deal includes pre-funded warrants for up to 386,654 shares, priced at USD 1.46 per share.
Closing is expected around Sept. 21, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Use of proceeds and placement agent
Net proceeds are earmarked for working capital and corporate purposes.
