Albemarle appointed former Vale CEO Eduardo Bartolomeo to its board, effective July 21, 2026.

Bartolomeo led Vale from 2019 to 2024, overseeing mining, logistics, and metals operations.

He will join the Audit & Finance Committee, as well as the Safety, Sustainability, Operations & Capital Committee.
