- Alchemy Investments Acquisition Corp. 1 will hold its annual general meeting in New York on Sept. 1, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on extending the deadline to complete an initial business combination to Sept. 9, 2027, with monthly extensions.
- The meeting will also seek ratification of CBIZ CPAs as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
- An adjournment proposal will be considered to allow additional time to solicit support for the extension.
