Alector reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $124.6 million, compared with a net loss of $34.7 million a year earlier, while collaboration revenue rose to $162.9 million. The company said the increase primarily reflected recognition of remaining deferred revenue following GSK’s termination notice. Alector also announced an exclusive global AL050 license agreement with Genentech for $100 million upfront and up to $1.17 billion in milestone payments; it targets first-in-human dosing in Australia for lead Alzheimer’s program AL137 no later than April 2027, and expects its cash resources, the upfront payment and offering proceeds to fund operations into the second half of 2029.
