Alector reprices employee stock options to $1.87 per share
ALEC•Alector repriced options covering about 4.05 million shares to an exercise price of $1.87, from prior prices ranging from $6.48 to $33.11. Early exercises during the retention period carry a premium price equal to each option’s original exercise price.

The repricing took effect Oct. 13, 2026. The retention period ends at the earliest of one year after that date, a change in control, death or disability. Eligible options cover 2,421,197 shares for CEO Arnon Rosenthal and 87,385 shares for Chief Accounting Officer Grace Wong-Sarad.
