Alibaba Health announces special general meeting
BABA•Alibaba Health will hold a special general meeting on November 23, 2026, to consider renewing Jingzhun Health’s marketing services agreement with Alimama Software through March 31, 2029, with annual fee caps of RMB 2.64 billion, RMB 2.83 billion and RMB 3.02 billion for fiscal years ending March 2027–2029.

Shareholders will consider renewing Jingzhun Health’s exclusive healthcare marketing services agreement with Alimama Software through March 31, 2029; proposed annual fee caps are RMB 2.64 billion, RMB 2.83 billion and RMB 3.02 billion for the fiscal years ending March 2027, 2028 and 2029, respectively.
