Alight partners with Spring Health to integrate mental health support into Worklife platform

Employees will access support via the existing benefits platform, spanning self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and crisis care.

The partnership is positioned to extend mental health support to more than 30 million people.

Alight entered a strategic partnership with Spring Health to integrate mental health support into the Alight Partner Network.

The integration will embed Spring Health into Alight Worklife, which handles more than 210 million annual interactions across benefits programs.

The deal targets higher utilization by surfacing mental health care earlier during key benefits moments such as open enrollment or leave events.
