Alight study finds 45% of US employees worry savings won’t last
ALIT•Alight’s study found 45% of U.S. employees worry their money or savings will not last; 67% regretted a healthcare choice in the past year, and 64% use AI at work weekly.
1. Financial wellbeing findings
The study found that high-financial-wellbeing workers were 20 percentage points more likely than low-wellbeing workers to report being always or often productive. Among employees with low financial wellbeing, 55% were open to other job opportunities, compared with 32% of those with high wellbeing; 65% expressed interest in personalized employer benefits messaging.
