Align Technology appoints iRhythm CEO Quentin Blackford to board

Align Technology appointed Quentin Blackford, president and CEO of iRhythm Technologies, to its board, effective immediately.
Blackford previously served as chief operating officer of Dexcom, with earlier senior finance and leadership roles at NuVasive and Zimmer Holdings.
Director Andrea L. Saia will retire from the board effective Sept. 23, 2026.
The board expanded to 11 directors with Blackford’s appointment, then will return to 10 directors when Saia steps down.
