Align wins China court ruling against Angelalign over extraction-gap-closure patent, awarded RMB 10 million

China court finds Angelalign infringed Align patent
A China court ruled that Angelalign infringed Align Technology’s patent CN113693748B covering extraction-gap-closure technology, using its MasterForce and ATreat systems.
The first-instance judgment ordered Angelalign to stop using the technology, halt related manufacturing and sales in China, and pay RMB 10 million.
