Aligos Q2 FY26 net loss narrows 91% to $1.5 million

Q2 loss narrows as warrant gains offset higher R&D
Aligos Therapeutics posted a Q2 net loss of $1.5 million, narrowing from a $15.9 million loss a year earlier; loss per share improved to $(0.14).
R&D expense climbed to $24.1 million from $14 million, driven by higher third-party costs for the pevifoscorvir sodium Phase 2 trial.
Quarter results included $3 million of income from changes in fair value of 2023 common warrants, while interest and other income slipped to $0.2 million from $1.2 million.
