Alkermes cuts interest spreads on $1.52 billion term loan facilities via credit agreement amendment
ALKS•Credit agreement amendment lowers borrowing spreads
Alkermes entered an amendment on Aug. 12, 2026 to its Feb. 12, 2026 credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank.
- The deal covers senior secured term loan A of $745.31 million, due Feb. 12, 2031, and term loan B of $773.06 million, due Aug. 12, 2031.
- The amendment cuts the interest spread by 0.75% on the term loan A facility and 0.5% on the term loan B facility.
- Term loan A now prices at Term SOFR plus 1.75%-2.25%, or base rate plus 0.75%-1.25%, based on secured net leverage.
- Term loan B now prices at Term SOFR plus 2.25%, or base rate plus 1.25%.
