2. Costs and investment
For 2027, Alkermes expects lower cost of goods sold as acquisition-related LUMRYZ inventory accounting charges largely fall away. The company projected strong cash generation and adjusted EBITDA performance despite continued pipeline investment, and said full guidance is due in February.
