ALKS•Alkermes said it will present detailed Phase 3 REVITALYZ results for LUMRYZ in idiopathic hypersomnia at Sleep Europe 2026 on Oct. 23, alongside alixorexton data. LUMRYZ is not approved for idiopathic hypersomnia, and Alkermes cannot market it for that use before March 1, 2028.
1. Conference presentations
Alkermes said it will present new clinical data on alixorexton and LUMRYZ at Sleep Europe 2026 in Maastricht, Oct. 20-23. Detailed Phase 3 REVITALYZ results for investigational LUMRYZ use in idiopathic hypersomnia are scheduled for a late-breaking trial session on Oct. 23.
2. Alixorexton findings
The presentations will also include previously published Phase 2 Vibrance-1 results for alixorexton in narcolepsy type 1 and longer-term extension findings. Management said the extension data support sustained symptom improvement with continued dosing, without citing specific efficacy measures. LUMRYZ is not approved for idiopathic hypersomnia, and Alkermes cannot market it for that use before March 1, 2028.
