All In FutureTech Alliance posted a net loss of USD 1.94 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from USD 4.83 million.
Revenue fell 35% to USD 1.25 million, as in-person revenue slipped to USD 813,000 and casual mobile gaming dropped to USD 435,000.
Strategy continues toward AI services
The company's strategy pivot continued toward AI infrastructure and AI application services, while consolidated revenue remained primarily esports events and casual mobile games.
Operating loss improves on lease gain and impairment charges
Operating loss narrowed to USD 2.27 million from USD 6.09 million, helped by a USD 3.45 million gain on lease modification.
Results included USD 920,000 of goodwill impairment and USD 1.36 million of long-lived asset impairment; interest income rose to USD 1.19 million.
