Allarity Therapeutics expands in-house lab to add proteomics, cell line research
ALLR•Allarity Therapeutics expanded its in-house lab to add proteomics and cell line research, including testing about 300 protein targets. The company said the expansion is not expected to change its cash runway.
1. Expanded research capabilities
The lab expansion adds proteomics and cell line research capabilities, building on existing transcriptomics research and CLIA clinical testing. Allarity’s nCounter Pro platform now supports proteomics using the Human Tumor Signaling Protein Panel, which measures about 300 protein targets.
2. Focus on stenoparib
The build-out targets deeper mechanism-of-action research on stenoparib, a dual PARP and WNT pathway inhibitor in Phase 2. Management said bringing more research in-house is expected to provide cost efficiencies and that the expansion is not expected to change cash runway.
