Bricker brings two decades of aviation and Allegiant operational experience, Vogel adds legal and compliance leadership, and Kennedy contributes senior finance expertise.

Allegiant’s acquisition of Sun Country Airlines is slated to close by May 13, 2026, after which the combined company will operate under the Allegiant name. Both carriers will continue separate ticketing and schedules until they secure a single operating certificate from the FAA.
