SEC filing details amended and new credit facilities
Allegiant Travel Co. said it and its unit amended the PDP facility agreement with Runway Seven lender on July 27, according to an SEC filing.
Allegiant Travel Co. said, through a unit, it entered into a credit facility to borrow up to $177.50 million secured by Airbus aircraft on July 24, according to an SEC filing.
Upon execution of the facility, $231 million is available commitment of the lender, the filing said.
