Allegion acquires specialty door maker Overly Door Company
ALLE•Allegion acquired privately held Overly Door Company, a U.S. maker of custom specialty doors for high-security applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
1. Portfolio expansion
Overly, founded in 1888 and based in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, will operate within Allegion’s Americas segment. The acquisition expands Allegion’s hollow metal doors and frames portfolio across government, education and healthcare markets.
