For the nine months ended March 31, revenues totaled $880.9 million, a 5% increase, with net income climbing 78% to $16.6 million and adjusted EBITDA up 47% to $35.7 million, underscoring sustained profitability improvements.
3. NFC-Enabled Authentication Launch
Following the Endstate acquisition, the company launched Endstate Authentic and Alliance Authentic™, an NFC-based digital identity platform that verifies ownership, provenance and supports authenticated resale across premium collectibles.
4. Category Growth Highlights
Vinyl record sales rose 15% to $99 million, CD sales jumped 90% to $39 million and physical movie sales increased 5% to $61 million. Collectibles revenue surged 48% to $8 million, driven by premium product mix and new vendor relationships.
