Prior to the offering, private equity firm BDT Capital owned about 140.8 million shares, or 70.8% of the company's roughly 198.8 million shares outstanding, according to the prospectus.
Shares steady after upsized secondary offering

Shares of Alliance Laundry Systems (ALH.N) were up 0.4% at $24.10 on light premarket volume on Wednesday after an upsized secondary offering was priced.

The commercial laundry systems maker late Tuesday announced pricing of 22.55 million shares sold by BDT Capital Partners at $23.50.
