Alliant Energy subsidiary Interstate Power and Light priced a $500 million public offering of 5.1% senior debentures due Sept. 30, 2031.
Net proceeds are earmarked to reduce receivables program balances, cut commercial paper, or support general corporate purposes.
Closing is targeted for Aug. 21, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
