Allogene highlights CAR T clinical progress in kidney cancer at SITC meeting
ALLO•Allogene Therapeutics will present renal cell carcinoma clinical experience from its TRAVERSE study at the SITC meeting on Nov. 5, 2026, followed by preclinical findings on Nov. 6.

The findings suggest selecting a genomic integration site can improve CAR T cells’ tumor control. Pairing DLL3 and CD70 targeting enhanced resistance to immune-mediated rejection, supporting Dagger technology’s potential use in additional off-the-shelf cell therapies.
