Allogene Therapeutics Inc. ALLO.O said it received FDA Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation for cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (Cema-Cel) as first-line consolidation therapy for large B-cell lymphoma.
Allogene Therapeutics said no treatment-related serious adverse events or high-grade infections were reported for Cema-Cel.
