Allot will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Hod Hasharon, Israel on Oct. 22, 2026.
Vote is set on a charter change to eliminate the board’s classified structure, moving to annual director elections once current terms end.
Director elections include David Reis, Class II, term through 2029 or 2027 if the charter change passes.
Also up for reelection: Raffi Kesten, Class II, term through 2029 or 2027 if the charter change passes.
Other items include updates to the officer and director compensation policy, director pay, auditor reappointment, and financial statement review.
