Allurion Technologies disclosed two board resignations in August 2026.
- Krishna Gupta resigned as a Class I director, stepping down from the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee on Aug. 17.
- Michael Davin resigned as a Class III director, leaving the Compensation Committee chair role and stepping off the Audit Committee on Aug. 19.
- The board reduced its size to three members from five.
