Almonty signed a long-term tungsten concentrate offtake deal with Sandvik unit Wolfram Bergbau und Hütten for Los Santos tailings retreatment.
The contract includes a conditional pay-to-play upfront payment of USD 3 million for offtake rights.
The take-or-pay structure targets supply ahead of a planned production restart at the Los Santos mine, which has been in care and maintenance since February 2020.
