Alpha Cognition says CONVERGE real-world study shows 79.1% of ZUNVEYL users in long-term care reach therapeutic dose
ACOG•Alpha Cognition reported that 79.1% of ZUNVEYL users in long-term care reached a therapeutic dose in initial results from its ongoing CONVERGE study.
1. Initial study results
CONVERGE is an ongoing retrospective real-world evidence analysis in long-term care. Alpha Cognition said ZUNVEYL users were more likely to reach therapeutic dosing than residents taking generic acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, including switch patients. Medication burden trended lower for ZUNVEYL residents and rose for residents receiving pooled generic acetylcholinesterase inhibitors; additional measures will be analyzed as the dataset expands.
